I provide Autism Assessments online for anyone aged 18 years and over. As a registered professional with the UK Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC), I adhere to clinical best practices and employ a positive, strengths-based approach. I believe in a collaborative assessment, taking steady steps together to better comprehend your life experiences.

Having three autistic children of my own, my approach is neuroaffirmative, emphasising a dedication to appreciating and honoring individual autistic experiences. Recognising the complexity of autism, the assessment process spans four sessions, carefully considering your specific support requirements.

Before we meet

We will communicate via email and I will send you forms to complete which help me to better understand your life experiences.

First Session (1 hour online via Zoom)

During our first session, we will explore your experiences further.

Second Session (1 hour online via Zoom)

During this second session, we will have another in-depth conversation continuing from the first session.

Third Session (1 hour online via Zoom)

Regardless of the outcome, whether you are Autistic or not, appropriate support and guidance will be provided.

Follow-up Support Session (1 hour online via Zoom)

For individuals identified as autistic, this session provides a meaningful and reflective environment to explore your autistic identity, explore the future, and receive practical guidance and support.

Supporting Documentation

In the case of Autistic identification, I will provide you with neurodiversity-affirmative documentation.

This documentation includes:

  • a standard letter for you to use where you feel appropriate,
  • a more detailed letter for when you wish to provide more information about your strengths and weaknesses,
  • a letter you can give to your GP if you choose to (not compulsory).

Additionally, an Equitable Requirements report will be provided as needed. This document reinforces your Autistic identity and communicates to your work or educational institution their responsibility to provide an equitable environment, enabling you to perform at your best.

Please be aware that any requests for additional documentation beyond these items will incur an additional fee.

£1250 for all of the above.
